Submission · Mount
An Ezekiel without the gi: the bony blade of your forearm presses the throat, so it is mostly a windpipe choke. From low mount it comes when he keeps his elbows tight and gives you no arm. Slide one forearm across his throat, blade toward the throat, and put your other fist against the back of that wrist so it drives the first arm deeper; the fist does the job of the sleeve grip. Drop your chest onto your hands with your hips low so he cannot bridge, and push the fist forward. Your chest weight does the work; if it does not choke, change the forearm angle instead of pushing harder. If he pushes your elbows, take the armbar from mount; if he turns to his side, go to technical mount.
Low mount punch choke, 8 slow reps.
Presses the windpipe: slowly and gently.
