Chain finish · Closed Guard
A shoulder lock from the omoplata: the shoulder is rotated with your leg hooking it in front of their body instead of behind it. It comes when they turn in to face you in the omoplata with the arm bent. Take a reverse kimura grip on that wrist and pin it into their belly at the navel: it makes the loop your arm goes through. Keep the top leg heavy on the neck, hip out and bring the other knee between their arm and body, the knee against their face so they cannot turn further. Thread your arm behind their elbow to your own thigh; the elbow is trapped between your legs pointing at your chin. Turn out to the side as for a triangle and push the wrist outward slowly. If they straighten the arm, take the armbar; if they posture up, return to the omoplata.
From closed guard with a 2-on-1: reverse kimura grip, knee inside, arm through, 6 each side, slowly.
A shoulder lock that comes on suddenly: the partner taps early, you apply slowly. It looks like a biceps slicer but attacks the shoulder; check the event rules.
Pick a position, then select a technique to see its trigger and what it unlocks. Icon = type of move. Color bar: green position, navy move, red submission, black chained finish.
